Personalised training. Structured nutrition. Real accountability.
Built around your life. Built for lasting change.
Personalised training. Structured nutrition. Real accountability.
Built around your life. Built for lasting change.
STOP FUCKING AROUND. START MAKING PROGRESS.
You don't need another workout saved on your phone. You need a plan, structure, accountability and someone who won't let you bullshit your way out of the work.
Training. Nutrition. Accountability. No guessing. No excuses.
You show up. You do the work. We build the strongest version of you.
I DIDN’T BUILD THIS BODY TO LOOK GOOD. I BUILT IT BECAUSE I WAS RUNNING OUT OF TIME.
At 6'1" and just 39kg, I was told my body was dangerously close to giving up.
I had already fought through homelessness, addiction and a life I genuinely didn’t know if I would survive.
But by then, I was a dad.
AND DYING WAS NO LONGER AN OPTION I WAS WILLING TO ACCEPT.
I DIDN’T BUILD THIS BODY. I BUILT A LIFE MY KIDS COULD DEPEND ON.
I didn’t grow up with structure, discipline or somebody showing me the right way forward.
As a young teenager, I was abandoned by my parents and found myself trying to escape homelessness while I was still supposed to be figuring out who the fuck I even was.
I didn’t handle it well.
I turned to addiction.
I stopped looking after myself.
I wasted away physically and mentally, and for a long time I was simply surviving rather than actually living.
Then I found out I was going to be a dad.
Everything changed.
For the first time in a long time, my life wasn’t just about me anymore.
There was going to be a little person depending on me.
So I got sober.
But getting sober didn’t magically fix everything.
Three years later, at 6'1" and weighing just 39kg, I was told I was dangerously close to losing my life.
And suddenly the reality hit me.
I had fought my way out of one life only to find myself standing at the edge of another fucking grave.
I looked at my child and realised something:
They didn’t deserve a dad who became a memory before they were old enough to really know him.
I wanted to see my kids start school.
Then I realised that wasn’t enough.
I wanted to see them finish school.
I wanted to watch them grow up.
I wanted to see who they became.
I wanted to be there when they needed advice, when they fucked up, when they succeeded, when they had families of their own.
I wanted to live.
And from that point forward, excuses stopped having a place in my story.
I stopped asking why life had been so fucking unfair to me.
I stopped using my past as permission to remain weak.
And I started working.
I ate.
I trained.
I learned.
I failed.
I adjusted.
I got back up.
And then I did it again.
And again.
And again.
Not because I wanted abs.
Not because I wanted people to look at me differently.
Because I wanted my children to have a father they could depend on.
I needed to become bigger.
Stronger.
Healthier.
More capable.
I needed to become the man I wished I’d had around when I was growing up.
Seven years later, I’ve transformed my body by more than 50kg from where I started, built a life I once genuinely didn’t know if I would survive long enough to experience, and I’m still fucking pushing.
Today, I’m a father of four.
And now this means something bigger to me than my own transformation.
Knowledge.
Structure.
Accountability.
Someone in their corner who actually gives a fuck whether they make it.
I don’t care whether you’re dangerously underweight, carrying more weight than you want, completely untrained, embarrassed to walk into a gym or simply sick of the person you’ve allowed yourself to become.
Your starting point does not have to become your ending.
I know that because mine almost fucking was.
I’m here to help people take control of their health before another year disappears.
To help mums and dads become stronger for their children.
To help people build a body capable of carrying them through the life they actually want to experience.
Because parenthood is something I came frighteningly close to missing.
And if what I’ve learned can help another person be around longer, live stronger, feel better and experience more of their life with the people they love.
Then everything I went through means something.
I’VE LIVED THE FUCKING PROCESS.
NOW LET’S FIND OUT WHAT YOU’RE CAPABLE OF.
THERE’S A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “PERSONALISED” AND ACTUALLY PERSONALISED.
A lot of online coaching today is built to scale.
Same templates.
Same exercise selections.
Same calories.
Same generic check-ins.
Change the name, tweak a few numbers, send it out and call it personalised.
That’s not what you’re paying me for.
I don’t believe you can properly coach someone without actually understanding the person in front of you.
Before I build your plan, I’m looking at your medical history, injuries, training experience, body composition, lifestyle, available equipment, schedule and the exact result you’re trying to achieve.
That takes time.
I can spend hours on a single client before the real work has even started because I’m thinking about what your body needs, what you can realistically sustain and how I’m going to get you from where you are now to where you want to fucking be.
Ask yourself this:
If somebody is coaching hundreds or thousands of people at once, how personalised can every single program realistically be?
I’m not interested in you becoming another number on a spreadsheet.
I want to know how you move. I want to know where you’re weak. I want to know what hurts. I want to know what you avoid. I want to know what you’re capable of.
Then we fucking work.
There’s no copy and paste bullshit here.
No AI generated program thrown at you and forgotten about.
No pretending a template is individual coaching because your name is written at the top.
This is real coaching. Real training. Real accountability.
From someone who actually gives a fuck about what happens to you and wants to see real fucking results.
YOU’RE NOT HIRING ME TO KEEP YOU COMFORTABLE.
You’re hiring me because you want someone who will see what you’re capable of and refuse to let you settle for less.
There will be sessions where your head tells you you’re finished before your body actually is.
That’s where I come in.
I’ll teach you how to train with real intent how to control the movement, create tension, progressively overload, understand effort and actually make every working set count.
Anybody can make you tired.
Anybody can throw exercises together until you’re fucked.
That isn’t coaching.
My job is to understand when you need to be pushed, when something needs to change and when your body is telling us something we need to listen to.
The objective isn’t to destroy you for the sake of saying you trained hard.
The objective is results.
I want your body to have a reason to adapt.
More strength.
More muscle.
Less body fat.
Better fitness.
More discipline.
More confidence.
And as you improve?
The standard gets higher.
You get stronger, we demand more.
Your fitness improves, we push further.
Your technique improves, we increase the intensity.
Your excuses disappear, we find the next fucking level.
YOU’RE NOT PAYING ME FOR A PDF.
You’re not paying for a list of exercises, a calorie target and a motivational message once a week.
You’re investing in my time, my experience, my judgement and my ability to make decisions around you.
I’m looking at how you’re performing, how your body is responding, what your numbers are doing, where you’re struggling and what needs to change next.
That’s the part people don’t see.
The thinking.
The adjustments.
The problem solving.
The accountability.
The conversations when shit gets hard.
If something isn’t working, we don’t keep following the fucking spreadsheet because that’s what the original plan said.
We fix it.
If your body changes, the plan changes.
If you get stronger, the standard changes.
If life gets in the way, we find a way to adapt without throwing everything in the bin and starting again six months later.
I’m not interested in collecting clients.
I’m interested in getting results.
When you work with me, I want to know your goals. I want to know what’s holding you back. I want to know what you’re capable of and then I want to find out how much further we can fucking take it.
You’re investing in having someone in your corner who actually gives a fuck about the outcome.
Someone who will think about your training when you’re not standing in front of me.
Someone who will tell you when you need to push harder.
Someone who will tell you when we need to pull back and change the approach.
Someone who isn’t going to disappear the moment the plan stops being easy.
THAT’S COACHING.
And that’s what you’re paying for.
How you eat.
How you train.
How you move.
What you do when motivation disappears.
Some of those routines are building you.
Some are keeping you exactly where you fucking are.
Give me 6 weeks and we start changing that.
We build structure around your training, nutrition, recovery and day-to-day routine so you stop guessing and start operating with purpose.
You’ll learn how to train properly, fuel your body around your goals and build discipline that doesn’t disappear the second life gets hard.
THIS ISN’T A QUICK FIX.
It’s 6 weeks to experience my coaching, see how I work and prove what can happen when you actually commit.
6 WEEKS. THE PRICE OF 4.
LET ME PROVE THAT WE CAN FUCKING CHANGE.
I’m not asking you to blindly commit to me forever.
Give me 6 weeks.
Six weeks gives me enough time to understand how you operate, see how your body responds, identify where you’re holding yourself back and start changing the way you approach your day.
We’re not trying to create some temporary “challenge lifestyle” that disappears the moment the six weeks finish.
I want to change the things you repeatedly do.
How you train.
How you eat.
How you recover.
How you organise your day.
How you respond when you’re tired.
How you respond when motivation disappears.
Because results don’t come from one fucking incredible workout.
They come from what you repeatedly do when nobody is watching.
The trial exists for one reason:
To give me 6 weeks to prove to you that changing the way you live can change the person you become.
And you get those 6 weeks for the price of 4.
Your body and your behaviour become accustomed to what you repeatedly ask of them.
If your normal is inconsistent sleep, random meals, skipped training and doing whatever feels easiest that day that becomes your routine.
We’re going to teach you a different normal.
We train consistently.
We fuel your body properly.
We recover deliberately.
We create structure around your day.
And progressively, we ask more from you.
Your body adapts to training because we give it a reason to.
Your fitness improves because we progressively demand more.
Your strength improves because yesterday’s standard eventually isn’t fucking good enough anymore.
And your mindset begins changing because you start proving to yourself that you are capable of doing things you previously avoided.
We don’t build our lives around weakness here.
We identify it.
We work on it.
We make it fucking stronger.
The objective is for the healthier choice, the harder choice and the disciplined choice to stop feeling like something you occasionally do...
and start becoming who you are.
There’s nothing wrong with having weaknesses.
Staying comfortable with them is where I have a problem.
This is a place where we find the things holding you back and attack them.
Weak training?
We teach you to train.
Poor fitness?
We build it.
No structure?
We create it.
Shit relationship with food?
We educate you and rebuild it.
Always quitting when things get uncomfortable?
Then discomfort is exactly where we need to spend some fucking time.
I’m not expecting perfection.
I’m expecting effort.
I’m expecting honesty.
And I’m expecting you to be willing to become better than the person who walked through the door on day one.
Around here, we fuck weakness and build stronger versions of ourselves.
Not just physically.
Mentally.
Practically.
Daily.
First, I learn about you.
Your goals.
Your training history.
Your injuries and limitations.
Your lifestyle.
Your current routine.
Your nutrition.
Your available equipment.
Your schedule.
Your starting point.
Then we build.
✓ Your personalised training structure
✓ Your nutrition approach
✓ Your weekly targets
✓ Your check-ins
✓ Your progression
✓ Your accountability
✓ Your routine
And then we work.
I watch how you respond.
I look at what’s improving.
I identify what isn’t.
And I coach you through the process.
By the end of the six weeks, I don’t just want you looking different.
I want your days to look different.
I want you training with purpose.
Eating with more understanding.
Living with more structure.
Knowing what you’re doing when you walk into the gym.
And understanding that the person you want to become isn’t built through motivation.
They’re built through standards.
FUCK EXCUSES COACHING
$125 AUD / WEEK
THIS IS FOR THE PERSON WHO’S FUCKING DONE STARTING OVER.
No trial. No countdown. No finish line.
You’re signing up to get completely locked in, training, nutrition, routine and accountability all built around one thing:
RESULTS.
We train.
We assess.
We adapt.
We progress.
You get stronger? We raise the standard.
Your fitness improves? We demand more.
Your body changes? The plan changes with you.
This isn’t temporary fitness.
THIS IS FUCK EXCUSES COACHING.
No coasting. No bullshit. No waiting for motivation.
WE FIND WHAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK, WE FUCKING ATTACK IT, AND WE KEEP BUILDING.
Most programs start by telling you when they end.
8 weeks.
12 weeks.
A challenge.
A transformation.
Then what?
This doesn’t fucking end because you hit one goal.
You lose the body fat? Good. Now we build.
You get stronger? Good. Now we raise the numbers.
Your fitness improves? Good. Now I ask more from you.
You build discipline? Good. Now we make that discipline your normal.
There is always another level.
This coaching continues for as long as you’re committed to becoming stronger, fitter, healthier and more capable.
We don’t count down to the finish line.
We keep fucking moving it.
Your body becomes better at handling what you repeatedly ask it to do.
That’s why the same training, the same weights and the same effort eventually stop producing the same results.
Your body adapts.
So we adapt faster.
As you get stronger, we progressively increase the demand.
As your fitness improves, the work evolves.
As your body composition changes, your nutrition changes with it.
As movements become easier, we improve execution, intensity, load or volume.
We don’t randomly change shit just to make training look exciting.
There is logic behind what we do.
Stress the body.
Recover.
Adapt.
Raise the standard.
Again.
And again.
And again.
Eventually, the things that used to fucking destroy you become things you can handle.
That’s progression.
Everybody has weaknesses.
Poor fitness.
Weak movements.
Bad eating habits.
No structure.
Shit sleep.
Inconsistent training.
Quitting the second things become uncomfortable.
Having a weakness isn’t the problem.
Accepting it as permanent is.
We identify what’s holding you back and we fucking work on it.
If you’re weak, we build strength.
If your fitness is shit, we improve it.
If you don’t know how to train properly, I teach you.
If your nutrition is stopping your progress, we rebuild it.
If you constantly quit when motivation disappears, we build a routine that doesn’t fucking rely on motivation.
There’s no judgement here.
But there is accountability.
We don’t hide from weakness.
We find it. We attack it. We become fucking stronger.
You’re not paying $125 a week for access to a workout on an app (Kahunas)
You’re paying for ongoing coaching.
That means I’m continuously looking at where you are, what your body is doing and what needs to happen next.
You get:
✓ Personalised training built around your goals
✓ Nutrition structured around your body and lifestyle
✓ Weekly progress check ins
✓ Progress tracking
✓ Training progression
✓ Nutrition adjustments
✓ Direct coach support
✓ Ongoing accountability
✓ Changes when your circumstances change
✓ Coaching with no predetermined finish date
But the most important part isn’t the fucking list.
It’s the thinking behind it.
If something works, we build on it.
If something stops working, we change it.
If your body changes, the plan changes.
If you become capable of more, I expect more.
You keep showing up.
I keep finding ways to make you better.
Life is going to happen.
You’ll have shit days.
Work gets busy.
You’ll be tired.
Something unexpected happens.
Motivation disappears.
Good.
Because that’s where we find out whether this is actually becoming your lifestyle.
“No excuses” doesn’t mean pretending life is perfect.
It means we stop using difficult circumstances as an automatic reason to fucking quit.
Can’t train exactly as planned?
We adapt.
Nutrition got thrown off?
We fix the next meal instead of writing off the fucking week.
Busy day?
We find what can be done.
The goal is to build somebody who can keep moving forward even when conditions aren’t perfect.
Because anybody can be disciplined when everything is easy.
I want to know who the fuck you are when it isn’t.
This is not for somebody testing the waters.
That’s what the 6-week trial is for.
This is for the person who has already fucking decided.
You’re done starting again.
You’re done wondering whether you should take your training seriously.
You’re done accepting that this is just the body, fitness or lifestyle you’re stuck with.
You want structure.
You want coaching.
You want accountability.
You want somebody who will push you and call you out when you’re capable of more.
Most importantly:
You’re willing to do the fucking work.
There is no finish date because there is no point where we suddenly decide becoming better no longer matters.
WE GET LOCKED IN.
WE FUCK WEAKNESS.
WE BUILD THE STRONGEST VERSION OF YOU.
Tell me where you're at, what's holding you back and what you want to achieve.
I'll personally review your answers and help you work out the best way forward.
